Harry Potter Secret Messages About The Human Mind

Short story-telling

Harry Potter is a series of seven fantasy novels written by the British author J. K. Rowling. The books chronicle the adventures of a wizard, Harry Potter, and his friends Ronald Weasley and Hermione Granger, all of whom are students at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The main story concerns Harry's quest to overcome the Dark wizard Lord Voldemort, whose aims are to become immortal, conquer the wizarding world, subjugate non-magical people, and destroy all those who stand in his way, especially Harry Potter.

The last book is called Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows. The Deathly Hallows are three highly powerful magical objects supposedly created by Death and given to each of three brothers in the Peverell family. They consisted of the Elder Wand, the Resurrection Stone and the Cloak of Invisibility.

Deathly Hollows Symbol
"The Elder Wand" the vertical line
                                 "The Resurrection Stone" the circle
"The Cloak of Invisibility" the triangle
But let’s take a break from the amazing story of Harry Potter and question ourselves, what do the Deathly Hollows truly are about? Do they have a meaning in our reality as well?  Do they direct us to the most powerful machine ever built, a machine which everyone owns but very few gain 100% of its capability? Do the Deathly Hollows direct us to the human mind?

Secrets:

The Cloak Of Invisibility – As its name suggests, renders the user completely invisible. No one can know what the user is doing behind that thick but in the meantime such powerful cloth. But, do we truly own such a cloak? YES! We actually do! It’s the shelter that surrounds your thoughts so only you and nobody else can hear them. This cloak has been designed for you and for your use only.

The Resurrection Stone – The book tells us that it’s a stone which can summon the spirits of the dead. Wait a second; can our mind really do that? Can we think of anyone we’ve unfortunately lost during our lives and while we’re thinking of them, cry because they were so important, or giggle because  a fun moment we had kicks in, or even have conversation with them in our own minds, know their opinions about things, what would they do and stuff? We can actually do that! The stone symbolizes our ability to remember things, to resurrect them from our deepest memories and bring them in front of our minds.

The Elder Wand - A wand, in the magic world of Harry Potter, is a tool that can produce every type of charm the user wants and so, achieve anything he or she needs. The Elder Wand it’s an immensely powerful wand that was considered undefeatable. Well, we do have this one too! It’s our will power! If we have it, we can achieve anything we want! Everything you can imagine becomes your reality if you focus your entire energy and your will power on it!

According to the legend, he who possesses the all three artifacts would become the most powerful wizard in the world, the Master of Death.

So, if we have all three of them, are we powerful beings as well? Do we have such a power within us that can help us achieve want we want, remember our past and stay completely invisible by other people?

The answer is, as it has always been, YES, we do!

Books Instead Of Toys In McDonald’s Happy Meal

After a successful pilot program, McDonald's has pledged to distribute 15 million books in England over the next two years. In its Happy Meals. Instead of toys. McDonald's branches in the United Kingdom will include a book with each Happy Meal sold as part of a promotion called "Happy Readers," starting Wednesday. For the next five weeks, Happy Meals in the UK will feature non-fiction books from DK Books' Amazing World Series, with categories of Stars and Planets, Big Cats, and Oceans.

Alistair McCrow, McDonald’s ‘vice president of UK marketing said: “With eight in 10 families in the UK visiting our restaurants in the course of the year we’ve got an opportunity like no one else to give that experience to so much of the UK population. The stats are startling. Our restaurants are fun enjoyable places families come to together and relax so there’s an opportunity for us to inject some fun into the reading experience.”

The brand often attracts criticism for marketing to children and the pilot was criticized by the Children’s Food Campaign and called an “inappropriate marketing strategy at a time when there is an epidemic of childhood obesity”.

Tips On How To Enjoy Life #2

#7 Try to help poor people
One of the greatest joys in life is to give, especially to the people who are really in need of something that they cannot get by themselves. In this way you can realize what difficulties are they facing, on what things do they need money/personal support. Imagine how happy they’d be if you give them what they need, if you help them.

#8 Read books
It’s very helpful to pass free time and also to increase your knowledge. Start searching on the books that can uplift your energy or inspire you to do something you always imagined yourself doing. Reading books also helps on improving your visualization and imagination.

#9 Start listening to a new genre of music
You need to fully change your playlist! Listening to a whole new type of music will get you in another world and the pleasure of discovering it will be you inspirational charge.

#10 Learn to play an instrument!
Is there any instrument that you always wanted to play but never had the time to learn how to do it? If you already have a favorite one then start searching for classes that you can take to learn how to play it. It will be a whole new thing to do and you will meet new people who love the same thing that you love, which is music and the passion + the joy of playing it.

#11 Meditation
Practice meditation everyday! It is often recommended to meditate in the morning, on the first 30 minutes after you wake up. Your meditation can include gratitude for the things that you already have and the things that are coming to you. Imagine yourself happy achieving what you want, feel the joy of it and prepare yourself for the day ahead of you.

Tips On How To Enjoy Life

#1 Fall into happiness
This means you work towards happiness. Your beliefs and behavior need to be in sync. What you feel on the inside needs to match what you show on the outside; meaning that you can't live a lie. You need to be genuine. Keep a list of the things you are willing to do towards achieving happiness and cross off at least one thing a day.

#2 Notice the big change
As you move in the direction of what you desire, you become happier. Our lives are never in total balance, but the more in balance you can be, the better. If you start doing the things that you always wanted to do, you will find happiness in everything, because the universe is shaping exactly the way you wanted it to be.

#3 Self care
Take care of yourself. Sometimes it takes fear to motivate us. Like if a person gets sick, they start to eat healthier. The same thing is going on with you. You are not in a good mood right now and you need to change! That’s the only thing big enough that can inspire you! If you can imagine yourself happy and far away from those bad feeling you’re having, then sure you can achieve it!

#4 Gratitude!
Appreciate what you have, whatever that is, money, looks, health, etc. and the things around you family, friends, nature, etc. Find gratefulness even in bad times, because that’s the main thing that allows for a shift towards happiness.

#5 Entertain yourself!
Always find time to play and look for fun things to do. Playing keeps us in great harmony with the universe around us, also it transmits a very positive energy, a show, a broadcast to the universe that says that I’m playing, I’m enjoying my life to the fullest! I have managed to put away for a while all the negative things in my life so I can be happy!

#6 Make lots of friends
You can receive a lot of positive energy from people all around you, but you need to be with them, talk to them as much as you can so you can share your stories with each-other. You will start noticing the same interests that you have; very soon you will become good friends and you will start doing fun things together. And of course, be there if anything good or bad happens to each one of you.

You Have The Power!

Listen to the amazing Sulondia Hammond talking about the power that is within us!

Work To Live And Do Not Live To Work

You may not have your dream job, but that isn`t a valid excuse to perform your current job responsibilities poorly. Even if you aren`t totally fulfilled by what you`re doing, try to take pride in your work. When work is a grind, not only does it not energize you, you also have to dig into your energy reserves to get the job done. That means you go home feeling exhausted  and defeated. So if you’re not very enthusiastic about your job, here are some tips that might help you on building some love:

Why are you working?
Most of the time, our work is compensated with money, so we can use them to fulfill our lives basic needs, f.e. food, water, clothes etc. Or maybe we’re working extra hours to make some extra money, so we can go on vacation or buy something that we really want to have. Think of these reasons regularly! Don’t lose track of those thoughts! Every time you feel like you’re wasting your life working and that you are missing so many things from the outside world, think of the reasons you are doing it! What do you gain from it? Is it helping you building your life? Is it fulfilling your basic needs? Are you proud of it? Continually ask yourself these questions!

Gratitude
Be grateful for all the things that you gained by working in the job that you have and the many experiences that you had in it! Even though you hate your job so much, can you find something that you can be grateful for, something good your job has given you? Of course you do, otherwise you wouldn’t be working there!

Improve your workspace
There is a place in your work area that you spend a lot of time in. Make it beautiful! Put gratitude and positive stickers everywhere to remind you that you are working because you love life, and you want to live your life with joy and love, not sorrow and depression. You can place some plants or flowers around, or even small pictures of your family and friends to make you feel that your folks will always be there for you in case you need them. Make your workplace an area that energizes you and keeps you happy!

Get involved
There is always more to your job that you know, and I bet you can find something interesting if you start studying what you’re really working for. See how others manage to do their work, ask them what do they find attractive about it.

Have a break far from your workplace
If you have your lunch break right where you work, you'll feel there's no boundary between your private and professional lives. You need to get your mind as far as you can from your work, because that’s what the break is about, forgetting your work and try relax a little bit, eat something, gain some energy and empower yourself.

Be kind to your co-workers
Being social not only makes life more pleasant, but it also can improve your work profile. You are in the same position with the other ones that are working near you. Everyone is fighting the same battle! There is no need to be rude to them when you can be their inspiration.

You have finite work hours!
You are not going to work forever! The least you can do is to find a way to refrain from self-destructive behavior at least until you`re off the clock. You’re going home after all, have a nice late lunch or dinner and use your free time to entertain yourself!

7 Healing Foods

Whole Grain
Grain is rich in magnesium, and magnesium deficiency may lead to anxiety. It contains tryptophan, which becomes serotonin – a calming neurotransmitter. Creates healthy energy while reducing hunger – both important for anxiety.

Blueberries
Blueberries are more than a delicious fruit. Many consider it to be a superfood. It's rich in vitamins and plant nutrients, with a variety of antioxidants that are considered extremely beneficial for relieving stress.

Peaches
Peaches fall into this category as well, because they have nutrients that appear to have a sedation (calming) effect.

Almonds
Almonds contain both zinc and vitamin B12 – key nutrients for maintaining a balanced mood – and have both iron and healthy fats. Healthy fats are an important part of a balanced diet, and their absence may cause brain fatigue, anxiety and lack of energy.

Chocolate
Chocolate – especially pure dark chocolate without the added sugars or milks – is also a great food for those living with anxiety and stress. Chocolate reduces cortisol – the stress hormone that causes anxiety symptoms. There are also compounds inside dark chocolate that improve mood.

Grapefruit
This everyday citrus fruit is a top source of vitamin C, a nutrient that may help people better cope with bad nerves. Soothe away worries naturally by eating more vitamin C-rich produce. For a relaxing way to ease into your day, enjoy a fresh grapefruit with a scoop of low-fat cottage cheese for breakfast.

Chamomile Tea
This calming brew appears to act as a mild sedative and may help relieve muscle tension — and ease anxiety and irritability. Take advantage of this tried-and-true herbal remedy by making chamomile tea part of your evening ritual.

7 Surprising Things That Influence Your Dreams

Smells
One small study found that sniffing flowers at a particular point in the sleep cycle led to more positive dreams, while a sulfur odor was linked to negative ones. Though researchers say there's a possibility that a sudden aroma-bacon wafting up from the kitchen, for example-could infiltrate your dream. Dreams are sleep protective, so instead of waking up, you incorporate those stimuli into your dream.

Sounds
There's a narrow window for sounds to get through to your brain during sleep. They need to be low enough that they don't wake you but high enough that you perceive them. So let a recording of ocean waves play softly throughout the night. You might recall a dream about a beach vacation or wake up feeling relaxed.

Big meals
Anything that could cause indigestion-cheese, spicy foods or a big meal makes you stir more, meaning you have a better shot of remembering that nightmare. Eat dinner at least two hours before bedtime, and choose nighttime snacks wisely. Since caffeine can have the same disruptive effect, it's best to cut off your coffee intake post-2 p.m. too.

Sleeping on Your Stomach
Sleeping in the prone position (that is, on your stomach) makes you have a racy dream! A new study published in the Journal Dreaming found that lying on your belly in bed was linked to blush-worthy dream themes, like having sex with a celebrity or being tied up. Researchers hypothesize that it might have to do with your breathing patterns in this position!

Pills - Antidepressants
Yes, those pills that are supposed to calm you down, like Prozac, Paxil and Zoloft can cause you nightmares as a side effect. They've been shown to make REM (rapid-eye movement sleep, the stage during which we dream) bursts more intense in the people who take them.

Quitting Smoking
In one study, 63% of smokers still dreamed about smoking a year later after they’d quit smoking. Also, nicotine withdrawal enhances brain activity in a way that can make you dream more!

Scary Movies Before Bed
You've been hearing it since you were a kid: Spooky movies cause spooky nightmares. But is there any truth to that mom-knows-best scare tactic? A case study shows that the last thing you do before bed matters, period. The music you're listening to, the book you're reading, the TV show you're watching, the conversation you're having with your spouse-all those things are likely to be influencing. So if you happen to catch a horror flick before bed, take a few minutes to reprogram your brain with happy thoughts

WHAT TO DO ON CHRISTMAS DAY!

The traditional way of celebrating Christmas is by spending the day with your family, opening gifts and watching those all-time-favorite movies with your loved ones. you can totally sign up to that but here are some new interesting activities you can do throughout the day:

  • If the weather is fine, go for a pleasant walk in the countryside. While everyone else is busy stuffing their faces to excess, enjoy the peace and tranquility at your disposal.
  • Admire the beauty of nature. Or, if you're a keen driver, take full advantage of the empty roads, and burn some rubber.
  • You can call up your friend and talk to them. Bring up the best memories you have with each-other and be grateful for the beautiful relationship that has been given to you.
  • You can go to a hospital and be kind. You could even bring some small gifts to the hospitalized patients, just so they can feel the warmth and the beauty of this wonderful holiday.
  • You could always spend some time volunteering at your local soup kitchen. That is a place that is always in need of help so it's one of the best ways to make this day productive.
  • Drink hot chocolate! Chocolate will never let you down during all the winter days, especially during this one. Probably that's because you can find it everywhere, almost in every store, making it very reachable.
  • There's also the option of the great outdoors, ice skating if it's cold enough, sledding if you're having a white Christmas, or maybe even hiking.
  • You can throw a Christmas party at your own house, where you can invite all your relatives for dinner. You  might enjoy playing and singing together Christmas songs while opening the gifts that you brought for each-other.
  • You might also like to attend Christmas mass or prayer service at a local church. They usually organize very beautiful ceremonies/rituals.

Hope you have a very beautiful Christmas day and I wish with all my heart Merry Christmas everybody, may you enjoy every moment of this amazing day :)

HOW TO UNLOCK YOUR TRUE POTENTIAL

Be clear on what you want! - Imagine that you've been born with the ability to achieve any goal you could ever set for yourself. If you possessed this, what is the main thing that you’d want right now, without even thinking about it? Do you have an answer? If you actually do, then devote yourself entirely to that, take baby steps towards it, make small progress day by day and you will soon find the thing you wanted the most in your bare hands!

Change! – You are not in a good mood right now. You’re seeking happiness but you’re not doing such a good job on finding it. Well, you should change! What do I mean by change? Change your behavior, since your ‘I’m so unhappy’ attitude didn't do any good, change your way of talking to others, you may even change your look if it is possible for you to do so. What it is required is a whole new you, a ‘you’, whose outside world is in the same frequency as its inner world.

Sacrifice! - What is the price you are willing to pay to achieve the goals that are most important to you? What would you give to have the thing you want the most? Give that an answer and you’ll realize how important is for you to achieve it and how much you've wanted it this entire time but did nothing about it. This directs us to the next step:

Borders! - Give yourself the permission to resonate on the highest level of ‘you’ and free the mind from all its borders in order to benefit from what is to come to the fullest capacity. Those borders are the ones keeping your potential on lock down! You do not have any borders! Nobody does! Anything that you want long enough and hard enough, you can ultimately achieve.

Do not get distracted! – Seriously, don’t! If you get distracted you will lose. That is because your energy will focus on something else. Focus, focus, focus! If you don’t do so, you will get lost on your thoughts, and so one thing will lead to another and soon you will realize that the inspiration you found to stay focused has been lost!

Negativity! - Of course the negative thought will set up a vigorous resistance at first, for it is a fight for life with it. For instance, if you are apt to hate people, you can best overcome the negative thought by cultivating Love in its place. Think Love, and act it out, as often as possible. Cultivate thoughts of kindness, and act as kindly as you can to everyone with whom you come in contact.

You should realize that you have potential! You actually do, but you are afraid to release it. You have the entire energy required to achieve things because you’re bigger than the Universe with its stars! God bless J

HOW TO TRANSFORM YOURSELF POSITIVELY #2

What do you consider positive?
Allow only that which is good into your life. No one can depress you, no one can make you anxious, no one can hurt your feelings, no one can make you anything other than what you allow inside. Walk with strength knowing you are the perfect creator of your own divine life. Life is truly beautiful, allow the beauty of life shine in all corners of the world you are creating for self.

Love, of course!
Life is about love. Being that fear is poison, love is the antidote for life is all about love. Not the erotic or romantic love that movies and songs focus upon, but unconditional love. Love is what enables people to perform miracles. Your greatest responsibility to yourself is to invest the whatever time is required to become absolutely clear about exactly what it is you want, and how you can best achieve it.

Let go of fault
First, fault is found with this thing, then with that, and finally with everything. The person becomes a chronic "nagger" – a burden to friends and relatives, and a thing to be avoided by outsiders. Fault brings a lot of similar emotions with  itself, it’s like a seed that keeps growing and growing, until it reaches a level that you can’t control anymore. What’s the way to get rid of it? Simply do not plant it in your mind!

Happiness as the only goal
An important observation from Aristotle was his conclusion that the ultimate purpose of all human action is the achievement of happiness. Whatever you do, it is aimed at increasing your happiness in some way. You may or may not be successful in achieving happiness, but your happiness is always your ultimate aim!

TIPS ON HOW TO PREPARE FOR CHRISTMAS

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! I hope this tips can help you create that Christmas spirit we've been waiting all year to feel.  Switch on the festive lightning! Let’s start:

1) Add color! – Shades of red, yellow, light shades of brown and even some deep green can be composed to decorate your furniture or whatever you want to decorate with tablecloths or other Christmas decorations. Using these colors gives a very cozy feeling to your living space. In addition, guests can experience the true warmth of your hospitality when they arrive at your house.

2) Light candles! – You can place some candles around your living environment, f.e. on your dining table, above your fireplace, or even in a place where you spend a lot of time when you’re home. Candles are a magical way to get into the Christmas spirit, but make sure you extinguish all candles before you go to bed! You can use aromatic candles too. In this way, not only you see their light and feel their warmth but also smell their senses.

3) Decorate your kitchen – The kitchen is the heart of the home and never is that more true than when Christmas comes around. Your kitchen is the focal point of the house, and it will especially be if you’re having friends over. Whether its turkey, goose or beef, Christmas dinner is the highlight of any festive celebration and ensuring your kitchen is up to the job can save you time, energy, money and stress.

4) Christmas corner – Create a corner in your office or in a place you spend a lot of time working, which can represent the entire Christmas spirit! You can put a small Christmas tree there, some fake present boxes wrapped with decorated paper, or even some small festive lights.

5) Christmas entertainment – Songs and movies! Everything should be about Christmas! You can rent some Christmas time movies and watch them with your family or you can find a full list of Christmas songs to play now and then.

6) Gifts! - Buy gifts you love in bulk and give them to as many people on your list as possible. Gift cards are your best bet.

7) Don’t forget the next holiday! – The New Year’s Day! We want 2013 to find us prepared for it! When each major holiday ends, prepare yourself for the next holiday. These two holidays are connected to each-other so basically you can use every decoration you put for Christmas also for the New Year’s Day. Buy some fireworks, so you can light them up when the countdown hits 0 to celebrate the new year. I’d recommend those small ones you can keep in your hand while they produce sparkles :)

HOW TO MAKE PEOPLE FEEL GOOD ABOUT THEMSELVES

It is very important for you to know that people will forget what you said, and people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel! Many of us have friends, or family members,  which might not be in a very good situation right now, or maybe in a bad mood, and we want to do something to help them but we don't know how. So here are some tips on how to make them feel good towards themselves, and of course  towards you, also. Lets start :)

1) Continually ask them what do they really want - Let them talk about their interests! If they start talking about something that they are very interested or enjoy doing, don't interrupt them, listen to them with all your heart. Try and understand how they find beauty in doing those things, try to be as enthusiastic as they are! If they say something about a dream they always had and wanted to achieve, try to find some ideas that might help on that, or even talk about how amazing it is to have a goal in life and to devote your energy entirely to that.

2) Have a heart talk - Ask them if they have something they need to talk about with you, a problem or something stressful that might be happening in their lives. Be there for them! Let them express their anger, or fear, or whatever they're feeling. Listen carefully and try to let them know that they can always count on you, share with your whatever they need to share and gain help from you whenever you can give it to them. Show them the beautiful things life offers to us, express your positiveness, let them know what they are missing!

3) Find a way to help them - This is for sure a difficult task to fulfill, but it has amazing result if it's done properly. Connect with them, see what are they really missing, and devote yourself on helping them to get it. Gain their trust, so that they can let go of the stress they've been keeping inside all the time due to the fat that they feel alone in this situation. But be careful, do not make empty promises, because that can ruin you entire relationship with the person.

4) Empower them by empowering yourself - You're helping someone you care about, so you need to be focused entirely on them. In this period of time, do not stress yourself with things that you can take care later in time. Also try and be positive about your friends situation, in other words, always think that you will succeed on helping them out.

7 Steps On How To Transform Yourself Positively

Make peace with your past!
Our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who we become. If you did something in your past that you wish you hadn't done, start thinking of the reason why did it happen, what pushed you to that choice, what have you done since then to change it. Have you done enough? Can you now, find peace within yourself? Have you pushed yourself entirely to forgiveness? If no, then devote yourself completely to change that.

Clean up your messes!
Start realizing what have you done wrong. Take baby steps on the way to change them in positive things. Fill those empty spaces that torment you every now and then. Remember that nothing changes entirely in 5 minutes because the universe takes time.

Be here now!
Keep your feet on the ground and your thoughts at lofty heights! Always be in touch with what happens around you. That's the universe giving you signs on how well things will turn out for you!

Stand up for what you believe!
What is that thing that you want to spend your life doing it? If you haven't found it yet then start exploring! Grab it, embrace the idea of how fun or inspiring it will be to do it! There will be many people who will try to put you down and kill your beliefs but you HAVE TO show them you're not a weak person, nor a looser, and that you will fight for your ideas until you make them happen!

Feel the fear and do it anyway!
The fear will always be there. In fact, as high as your success is that's how high your fear will also be. But you have to do it anyway! You have to let it go! You have to fight for your beliefs! Don't let it define you because you've not come to this planet to have fear! You're here to be free and live you life to the fullest!

Don't compare your life to others!
Yes, the grass might be greener on the other side but remember that everyone is fighting a hard battle. You might think that you're the only one fighting but you're not. Everybody has their personal demons to face, their own struggles, so you don't know what they are dealing with. That's why you should never compare.

Be grateful!
Give thanks! As many as possible! Aristotle once sad that we are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit! So start practicing gratitude now and then. Soon you'll be full of joy, inspiration and enthusiasm to continually find new things to do in life.

A short positive story...

A 50-something year old white woman arrived at her seat on a crowded flight and immediately didn't want the seat. The seat was next to a black man. Disgusted, the woman immediately summoned the flight attendant and demanded a new seat. The woman said "I cannot sit here next to this black man." The fight attendant said "Let me see if I can find another seat." After checking, the flight attendant returned and stated "Ma'am, there are no more seats in economy, but I will check with the captain and see if there is something in first class."
About 10 minutes went by and the flight attendant returned and stated "The captain has confirmed that there are no more seats in economy, but there is one in first class. It is our company policy to never move a person from economy to first class, but being that it would be some sort of scandal to force a person to sit next to an UNPLEASANT person, the captain agreed to make the switch to first class." Before the woman could say anything, the attendant gestured to the black man and said, "Therefore sir, if you would so kindly retrieve your personal items, we would like to move you to the comfort of first class as the captain doesn't want you to sit next to an unpleasant person." Passengers in the seats nearby began to applause while some gave a standing ovation :)

5 Habits To Overcome Sadness

Count your blessings!
Start counting everything you think it’s something beautiful or positive for you that you actually have in your life. Be grateful for it! Gratitude is the most important feeling towards achieving a very positive state of mind and the beauty of it is that it gives you even more of those things you are grateful for. It multiplies!

Focus on making the best of the present!
Live in the present moment! Transform every second of your life in a positive second. Wondering how to do that? It's very simple! Start doing the things YOU enjoy the most in your life and not the ones other people think are worth doing. Be yourself by exploring your interests and you will definitely find something worth living for!

Pay yourself!
This is the most enjoyable one! Make time for your personal entertainment. Start considering yourself as a king/queen of your own universe where you can do whatever you want, at any time of the day! If you like movies for example like I do, go in the theaters or rent a movie and watch it in your house maybe with a bottle of Cola or a delicious pizza beside you :) Be aware of the things you like to do and go do them! Enjoy your life whenever you can!

Change you inner critic in your inner coach!
Make sure you're friendly to yourself. People who do not appreciate themselves by thinking they're not good enough at something or that they suck at everything, are not the ones that succeed in life! On the other hand, those people who teach themselves how to embrace progress by staying positive at any time, can change their dark perspective into a brighter one! Then, success comes along :)

Fuel your mind with enthusiasm and passion!
Breathe passionately, eat passionately, talk passionately and that thing we call enthusiasm will become your best friend! If your doing something you don't like but you have to do it, start thinking of a different and positive way to do it. Therefore you can put into it all your amazing energy towards having good results.
